04/04/2026 – website launched! sakura.oliverbryantphotography.com (Maidstone Museum has also come on-board to loan prints to the gallery from it’s collection.)

11/04/2026 – Test zines have arrived in the post and they look awesome!

14/04/2026 – Flying back to Japan to take more pictures. Currently planned to visit Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Aomori, Hakodate.

01/05/2026 – I have returned back from Japan. 17,000+ photos to review… We ended up going to Tokyo, Fuji City, Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, Nara, Aomori and Hakodate.

05/06/2026 – Some of the images scanned in Japan was low resolution so we re-scanned them in the UK.

16/07/2026 – I have been informed I need to find roughly 30 photos to display at the exhibition. I have also been working on the Zine which will accompany the exhibition. 4 revisions have taken place so far and I have had fantastic feedback which has helped me amend the Zine towards a logical flow. I have shot product photography for the Zine at a professional studio in London.
